As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing resource allocation for various digital projects. You'll collaborate with different stakeholders to plan and execute resource allocation, oversee vendor relationships, and monitor project performance. Regular performance reviews, onboarding, and training are also part of this role, alongside tracking billable hours and facilitating team performance improvements
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in resource and vendor management, excellent project management and analytical skills, familiarity with tools like Jira, and strong communication abilities.
5+ years of experience in resource allocation, vendor management, and/or operations management
Excellent project management skills, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling
Strong vendor management experience, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make decisions and optimize resource allocation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with project management tools and software such as Jira, Spreadsheets, Float, or other similar tools
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
Adaptable to different marketing projects and industries

Creating resource allocation plans based on input from project managers, team leaders, and account managers, and ensuring the appropriate allocation of both employees and vendors to projects
Prioritizing client projects based on importance and urgency, and allocating resources accordingly
Ensuring that all resources are billable and that their billable hours are accurately tracked and reported
Monitoring the difference between allocation and work done, ensuring that resources are not allocated to projects with insufficient workloads
Continuously monitoring the resource allocation process and making recommendations for improvement to ensure maximum efficiency
Creating and maintaining a transparent list of client priorities to inform resource allocation decisions
Communicating resource allocation plans and any changes to relevant stakeholders, including project managers, team leaders, and account managers
Reviewing timesheets to ensure accuracy and monitoring overall billable hours
Providing regular reports and analysis on resource utilization, billable hours, and overall project performance
Managing vendor relationships, ensuring that vendors meet our quality standards, contractual obligations, and overall business objectives
Monitoring vendor performance and ensuring that vendors meet agreed-upon deliverables and SLAs
Conducting regular performance reviews of vendors, identifying areas of improvement, and providing feedback to optimize vendor performance and relationship
Facilitate the measuring and monitoring of team performance
Facilitate the improvement of team performance by removing roadblocks and bringing external help for underperforming teams
Collaborating with HR to identify hiring needs
Planning onboarding and training for vendors, and ensuring that all vendors have clear responsibilities and expectations
