Your focus will be on offering support to all project managers in our Customer Success Team on activities like requirements elicitation (user stories writing, splitting user stories) and release planning.
Your role is floating and depending on the opportunity you might be part of scoping activities for a new project – an existing client or new clients who made an RFP.
Minimum 3 years in hands-on projects / product delivery position that involved developing digital web platforms and working 1:1 with developers, testers, designers
Very good knowledge and skills on estimating development effort together with the team, even in a fuzzy or uncertain environment by making assumptions, identifying constraints
Very good knowledge of each phase of building a digital product: requirements gathering, writing, proposing 1st product versions or MVPs
Project management skills (communication, requirements management, planning executing, risks & quality general best practices)
Very good knowledge of way of working specifically for a software development project (lean, kanban principles, jira & confluence workflows)
General knowledge of digital marketing assets and activities (digital strategy, content plans, media assets)
Excellent English (both written and spoken)
University degree in a relevant field: marketing, IT or others
Easily portable within other similar projects
Pragmatic, organized and can take up a challenge
Detail-oriented person
Enjoy teamwork but also perfectly capable to digital-case-studies on your own
Proactive and results-oriented type of person
Facilitate requirements gathering working sessions if necessary during discovery phase or other opportunities.
Contribute on initial project scope & feature roadmap, including all releases planned
Identify from the start, together with the assigned project manager, the right activities and deliverables necessary to achieve the clients’ objectives
Contribute on requirements management using epics, user stories (including acceptance criteria), scenarios, estimate effort with team
Advice on project backlog management depending on jira workflow - prioritize work (epic & story level with acceptance criteria)
Work closely with all project managers to identify client specific risks during project delivery
Advice on deciding the appropriate project frameworks taking into account client specifics, team maturity and project type; analyze & make changes to the way of working in order to make
Promote Grapefruit’s values through everything you do
