We're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager with expertise in digital and offline marketing to manage our presence, lead our marketing team, and develop unified strategies. The ideal candidate has experience with B2B-oriented marketing strategies that target various industries.
We work with big clients from various industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Insurance, Finance, Auto, Tobacco, Banking, and Health.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B-oriented companies
Some offline marketing experience
Excellent English (C1 or higher) and Romanian language skills
Knowledge of content marketing, copywriting, and basic design tools
Experience in editing and updating content in WordPress or similar CMS
Strong public speaking skills and ability to represent Grapefruit at events and interviews
Experience in creating marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on digital channels and familiarity with offline marketing efforts
Knowledge of paid media and Google Analytics
Basic SEO knowledge
Proficiency in Google Drive (Spreadsheets, Slides, Docs), PowerPoint or Google Slides, and Excel
Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira, and CRM software like Hubspot
Relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus
Experience with international marketing is a plus
Adaptable to different marketing projects and industries

Enjoys working in a team, but is also capable of working across multiple teams
Proactive and always looking for ways to improve marketing performance
Develop, implement, and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote our Digital Agency and its services, both nationally and internationally
Create a unified marketing strategy in collaboration with the New Business department, based on the company's business objectives
Oversee and manage the Marketing Team, working closely with the New Business Manager and Customer Success Manager
Generate ideas for campaigns and participate in internal marketing meetings
Track and optimize the customer journey across all marketing channels
Create, manage, and implement digital client acquisition and employee recruitment campaigns
Monitor and improve our SEO strategy
Create PR campaigns and maintain the relationship with our PR and other partner publications
Be responsible for Marketing and Sales Qualified leads as key performance indicators (KPIs)
Participate in initial discovery calls and meetings to assess whether a company is a good fit for our ideal client profile
